Serene Youth Care homes LTD is a small organisation eastablished in 2024 to provide a supportive and caring environment for young people aged 16 to 24 who are leaving care or transitioning towards independence. We have a team of dedicated, professional carers who have necessary training and checks. - We accommodate and support young people with varying needs, strengths and vulnerabilities. We ensure that each and every young person is placed within an environment that seeks to address their unique and individual needs. Most of the young people are aged between 16 and 18 with exceptional arrangements with local authorities we can place young people over 18.

Our Team
Our team consists of qualified and dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people. Our trained staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, ensuring that our residents always have the support they need. The team at Serene Youth Care homes make assessments at the time of referral to learn and understand more about a young person's past and present in order to develop a plan that takes a holistic approach which includes education and care. We also work closely with young people in our care to develop their care plans, provide support and guidance to achieve their aspirations.
