Welcome to Serene Youth Care Homes, a dedicated care home that provides a warm, safe and caring environment for young people aged 16 to 24 years who are leaving care, either from a residential placement or foster placement and require transition into independence. We have accommodation for young people aged between 16 - 18 and separate accommodation for those who are aged 18+. Our mission is to support and empower young people leaving care age group as they transition into adulthood, equipping them with valuable life and independent living skills. This includes supporting them with managing their home, their weekly money, healthcare issues, education and training matters et-cetera to ensure they build resilience and confidence to lead fulfilling lives.
